There are three kinds of people – those of us who are perfect and are very upset about those that are not… this is based on what’s called perfectionism… it comes from a fear of criticism, and because my perfect behavior is based on fear, it actually is a kind of form of “torture” – imagine somebody was standing over you with a whip and telling you what to do all the time😭 and therefore perfectionists, become highly critical – the other group of people are the exact opposite… but they are often taken in by perfectionists, because they believe there is such a thing as perfection… while in actual fact, perfection, nor criticism, is not real
