o.k. we all know that sugar is bad – but so is fruit juice – just look at the back label – it is like 28 grams of sugar! – so why are fruits good? – the answer is fiber – when you have fiber you balance your blood sugar – so if you need fruit juice, make sure your ratio of fiber (which you can add is 4 or 5, to sugar to 1 fiber – this is critical)
